On November 1, 2006, at 00:00:00, a capacitor started charging at the exact moment when the month turned from October. It will charge during this month at Cold Storage, and its capacity will determine the end of the charging to be the end of the month, November 30, 2006, 11:59:59.
The electronic circuit that permits the charging has no function, except the charging itself.

Le 1 Novembre 2006, à 00h00, la  charge d'un condensateur a commencé au moment ou nous sommes passés en Novembre.  Ce condensateur chargera durant un mois, et sa capacité determinera la fin de la charge à la fin du mois, le 30 Novembre , à 23h59.
Le circuit électronique qui permet cette charge n'a d'autre fonction que la charge elle-même.
